Vision for Creativity
Welcome to the testimony page! I’m excited to record what God is doing, and to share with others the testimonies of God’s goodness!!!
C.A.R.C Has been a dream and vision of mine since 2021, after I finished two years with the Creative Arts Director- Theresa Dedmon. She is a POWERHOUSE, and one of my number one resources and examples of someone who is a PIONEER and CREATIVE CATLYST. Her ministry has launched hundreds and thousands of believers into their destiny of Co-Creating with God.
Check out her website theresadedmon.com and E-Courses, I’ve been through almost all of them and highly recommend! She has also created a Create Academy to help creative revialists. Mama T is amazing!
And she has launched ME in my creative destiny, here in Wisconsin!! I’ve done art with my mom since I was little, and played violin and piano since I was in 4th grade- but little did I know that would become my ministry. For a long time I wanted to be a missionary, a teacher, a youth pastor, evangelist- and everyone I looked up to were in those occupations. They preached the gospel, reached the lost and and risked their lives and everything they had. That is the kind of faith that stirred me. I wanted to take part in God’s great commission, the big calling on our lives to live an adventure with Him and give Him EVERYTHING.
That’s why I went to BSSM- Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in 2017. A school for Revivalists. That’s also where I met Theresa Dedmon. In my time there I had the privilege of worshiping with thousands of other students, and the hunger in all of us grew with each year. When I got to serve Theresa 3rd and 4th year, that’s when I realized that God didn’t just want my yes. He wanted Me. He created my gifts, my personality, my heart on purpose and with a purpose. That I wasn’t created to be someone else, just me. Sometimes we limit ourselves, and put ourselves in a box- but that me that He created me to be is someone who gives her full yes and brings everything to the table and holds nothing back. All of Me! Without Fear or Perfection!
This is the journey I took, to throwing of performance day after day. The sacrifice of yes was more than I can explain. But God does wonders through an obedient heart.
And thats where I saw miracles.
On Ministry Trips Theresa showed us how God loves creativity and uses it for the miraculous.
At a workshop we were teaching people about healing. 5mins before Theresa tells me I’m going to sing over people. I quickly ask the Lord for words and write them down. People who have back pain stand up- almost more than half of the class 30 students stand up. She releases the dancers to dance over them. They check their backs and about 10 people wave their hands of becoming PAIN FREE. She releases me to sing over them.
I ask God for courage and sing the words He gave me. I feel His presence. They check their backs, another 10 COMPLETELY HEALED!
One lady starts running up and down the stairs and comes back with a huge grin saying, I haven’t been able to walk or run without pain in 10 YEARS.
GOD IS AMAZING.
At another time, my friend Meg painted a flower and felt like it was for people who had nose issues. About 6 people came forward with various problems. Lack of Smell, Crooked Nose, ..etc. They looked at the painting and we prayed and released the healing from Meg’s art. 3 regained smell, and then one man goes back to sit down. His wife looks at him shocked, and he runs into the bathroom to check. This grown man in his 40’s had broken septum since was 10 playing baseball. He couldn’t smell and it was noticeably crooked. IT COMPLETELY STRAIGHTENED AND HIS SMELL RETURNED. WOW.
And that’s when I realized, God can use and do anything. He wants to heal people through art, through dance, through singing, and if we Co-Create with Him and ask Him what He wants to do- He will blow us away.
Over the past 3 years I have heard countless people mention a vision of a Wave. A great wave of God’s presence, a great wave of salvation, a great wave of Creativity. Revial is coming, and God is reviving his people through creativity. I’ve seen it. I’m still called to be a pastor, a teacher, a missionary- but it’s through my giftings and who He’s made me to be. And now God is calling you, to rise up. To awaken, and step into freedom, wholeness, and creativity.
He created you to be free, He created you to create, and to do it with Him.
Be so blessed, get ready, Jesus is coming.
